RETURN & EXCHANGES

Items returned for a refund must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition. They must also be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You can use any postal service other than Yurtiçi Kargo, as long as it provides a tracking number. However, AniStudio is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method and ensuring that the package is securely wrapped.
After we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds will be based on the price listed on our website at the time of purchase.
