Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order and payment information have been confirmed, we’ll begin processing it for shipment.
Delivery times are calculated from the day we confirm your order. Although we aim to meet the shipping timelines mentioned above, there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
Please be aware that AniStudio is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All such charges, including tariffs, are the customer’s responsibility.
Additionally, AniStudio is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
